Due date calculator
When will my baby be born? Find out with this calculator
One of the first questions that arises when confirming a pregnancy is: when will my baby arrive? Knowing your estimated due date allows you to plan, dream, and prepare physically and emotionally for that big moment. This tool uses the well-known Naegele's rule, which adds 280 days (40 weeks) to the first day of your last menstrual period, adjusting for your cycle length if it is not exactly 28 days.
While this is an estimate —the birth may happen earlier or later— most babies are born within a range of 2 weeks before or after the due date.
How to interpret your result?
- It is a guide, not a guarantee. Only a small percentage of babies are born exactly on their estimated due date.
- It helps with planning medical check-ups and personal preparation. From the second trimester onwards, your midwife or gynecologist will adjust this date based on ultrasounds.
- Emotionally useful: it helps you connect with the process, visualize stages, and organize routines.
In addition to knowing your estimated due date, we encourage you to support this process with evidence-based information, self-care, and the support of people and professionals you trust.
At Mamibe, we are here to support you from the very first moment. Whether you are expecting your first baby or growing your family, this journey deserves to be experienced with peace of mind, awareness, and love.
